After I had a front tooth implant and after the dentist's insistence I gave him the best review he could have. It did not take long to change my mind to change it for the worst. This year during my dental cleaning his hygienist grabbed an available dentist and told him that 2 of my teeth were in need of crowns. The dentist had me schedule an appointment for new crowns without taking any x-rays and I have had no problem with those teeth since February. Worst of all, a dental crown of mine fell off in April and Dr. Patel recommended a new crown. He collected $700.00 deposit for it and since his office presented themselves as the Met life insurance provider, I asked for the insurance provider rate. They never called me, never returned my calls and billed the insurance for a new crown. They presented a fake bill for my credit card for $700.00 deposit charge dispute, and I have already cemented the fallen crown using another dentist. I will pursue the case to get my money back and educate the public about insurance fraud and how far people would go for money.

I had a lot of anxiety coming into this appointment but the dentist and hygienist helped to ease my mind greatly. They were very understanding about my anxiety and let me know how things were progressing and what they were doing next. I am very grateful to them for their kind words. I loved looking in the mirror and seeing my new canine tooth. It has already helped to boost my self esteem. Thank you everyone at KA dental! I also wanted to add that I really like Dr. Massi. He really cares about my comfort and dental anxiety. I would say he is the best dentist I have ever had in my 51 years.
