McCraney Property Co. broke ground on an industrial project in Royal Palm Beach after securing a $16.19 million construction loan. First Horizon Bank provided the mortgage to RP Logistics, led by Steven E. McCraney of West Palm Beach-based McCraney Property Co. It covers the 7.9-acre site at 1131-1161 N. State Road 7. It's a block south of Okeechobee Boulevard, and in front of an Aldi grocery distribution warehouse. The developer recently filed notice with the county that it broke ground on a 128,550-square-foot warehouse there.
