By Joel Malkin Photo: CBS 12 A bridge tender convicted of manslaughter in the death of a woman who fell from a West Palm Beach drawbridge is back behind bars. Artissua Paulk was sentenced to eight years probation in January after pleading guilty in the case stemming from the death of 79-year old Carol Wright. Last year, Paulk raised the Royal Park Bridge without properly checking to ensure nobody was on the span that runs between West Palm Beach and Palm Beach. Wright, who was walking her bicycle across the bridge at the time, fell 50 feet onto the concrete below.
