(AP Photo/Matt Rourke) The National Weather Center has issued a flood advisory for portions of southeast Florida, including Palm Beach County. Around 4:06 p.m. the Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms in the area, which is expected to bring an additional 1 to 3 inches of rainfall. Minor flooding is expected in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Areas that the advisory covers are: West Palm Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach, The Acreage, Loxahatchee Groves, Golden Lakes and North County Airport.
