Massive digital billboards of Palm Beach County beaches, azure waters and a burgeoning skyline graced the busy streets of New York City this week touting the area as 'Wall Street South.' Palm Beach County, and specifically West Palm Beach , have adopted the nickname of the financial capital of the south after a surge in business relocations since the pandemic. New Class A office towers going up in downtown West Palm Beach, or already completed, such as 360 Rosemary, have lured about 100 firms since 2019 to the county, according to the Business Development Board, which sponsored the billboards.
