With Palm Beach's winter social season on the horizon, September just saw its second waterfront home enter the market with a price tag at or near $40 million. A seaside house built in 1992 at 240 N. Ocean Blvd. landed in the local multiple listing service Thursday priced at $39 million. The North End property last sold in 2003 for $5.4 million, property records show. The house stands on the northeast corner of Atlantic Avenue from a custom home built by rocker Jon Bon Jovi, who later sold it to move to a larger oceanfront mansion down the street.
