By Joel Malkin A community in uproar over videos showing someone abandoning a dog in a parking lot. The footage was taken in Royal Palm Beach, near the Calypso Bay Waterpark. One video, originally posted on the Ring Doorbell Neighbors app, shows a dog running after a car and the second shows that car driving off while the dog just stares. These videos have since went viral on other apps and viewers are commenting about how heartbreaking they are. David Walesky with Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control's shelter in West Palm Beach says pet owners have other options besides dumping their animals.
